Some customers prefer to keep the photographic look of the main elements but need a background that better adds
to the composition and esthetic quality of the image.
The original image above was taken in 1966 during a
performance. The quality of the original is quite
poor and over exposed.
In the final image the dancer was removed from the
background, repaired, and color added. The final step
was to create a theatrical effect through lighting.
The final 12" x 18" image was produced on canvas,
protected with several coats of acrylics, and framed
with a simple black wood frame.
