Capturing special, unposed moments can make a great story
or reflect an important relationship. Creating a painting from such moments holds a special power.
The
original photo was taken in the
bright sunlight with a distracting
background. The final, completely
painting was produced at 12" x 18" on
canvas and hand-painted with
acrylics. The frame with linen lining
enhanced the final outcome. We call
this painting, "Fiddlers Two."
